Maintenance House Cleaning refers to a set of cleaning tasks that are performed, usually on a regular recurring basis, but not always, and that are designed to maintain a house at a particular level of cleanliness.   It is not only characterized by what house cleaning tasks ‘are’ included but, also, by what house cleaning tasks that ‘are not’ included.

What is and what is not included in maintenance house cleaning services vary from provider to provider so it is important when hiring a house cleaning service provider that there is a checklist of the exact maintenance house cleaning tasks that will be provided.  This will be helpful as the provider of the house cleaning services will know the exact tasks to complete and the consumer of the house cleaning services will know the exactly what to expect to be completed.   

Motivated House Cleaning offers three different maintenance house cleaning service packages.  Each comes with a checklist of specific tasks which are then backed by our Motivated Guarantee.  There are:

• Motivated BASIC Clean
• Motivated STANDARD Clean
• Motivated PREMIUM Clean

These maintenance house cleaning service packages are primarily purchased on a regular recurring weekly or bi-weekly basis.  However, some Customers do book them on an as-needed or one-time basis based on our availability.  As well, it is common for a new customer to want to get a deep clean to start, then regular recurring maintenance cleanings and rotate in a deep clean yearly or semi-annually.

Our Premium maintenance house cleaning service package is our most detailed maintenance house cleaning service package and it includes many extra tasks such as cleaning vertical surfaces, changing bed linens and kitchen small appliances.  What is included in our premium house cleaning is listed in the checklist below but a few of the tasks include:

• Vertical hard furniture surfaces cleaned
• vertical upholstered furniture surfaces vacuumed
• Empty + clean exterior/interior of trash receptacles +  disinfect interior
• Major & small appliance exteriors cleaned  + buffed (includes microwave exterior & interior)
